Privacy and cookie policy

1. Controller

2. What data and why

• Quote form: controller model, symptoms, description, name, contact details, attached photo or video. Purpose: preparing the quote you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Repair: name, phone, controller model, colour and serial number, measurements, work done, price, payment status, shipping details. Purpose: performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Complaints, warranty, legal claims: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Providing data is voluntary but needed for a quote and repair. No automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Recipients

• Supabase: database and form uploads, servers in the EU (Frankfurt); access from outside the EU is protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Cloudflare: website hosting; processes IP address and browser data to deliver and protect the site; certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a human is sending it, using your IP address and technical browser data (legitimate interest in spam protection, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• bunny.net: website fonts, BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU; receives your IP address to deliver the fonts and states that it does not store it.
• Couriers (e.g. InPost) for return shipping, and an accounting office if used.

4. Retention

Quote requests that did not lead to a repair: up to 12 months. Repair data: for the warranty period and then until claims become time-barred and tax retention periods end.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: write to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in your country.

6. Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies or tools. When you start filling in the quote form, Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to tell humans from bots. Your browser's local storage keeps only your chosen language on the patient record and your best minigame score; this never leaves your device.
